Responsibilities:-

Complete daily outbound call quota & talk time through allocated leads
Guide students/parents for GMAT /GRE / SAT / Admission Consulting to enroll them in the relevant coaching/preparation programs by CL
Create sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enrolled students/customers
Ensure post-sales servicing as per the set standards
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction in issue resolution.

Requirements:-

1-2 years of prior work-ex in the education industry in online sales. Experience of online sales in GMAT, GRE, or SAT is preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to continuously learn about colleges/universities abroad.
Having a GMAT / GRE score is a huge plus.

Salary - 3Lpa - 4.5Lpa + Incentives

Requirement:-

Making outbound phone calls ( 80-100 calls daily) on leads provided by Career Launcher
Analysing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
Adhering to processes and quality standards
Graduates/Post Graduates with 0 to 4 yrs of experience in sales, tele sales, outbound sales, inside sales with revenue targets
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills
Poise, confidence & rapport building ability on phone communication
Ability to work under target pressure

Requirements:

Provide pre sales counselling and advise the students regarding admission services (Bachelor degree/MBA/MIM/Law) and test prep.
Achieve enrolment as well as collection targets for Bachelor degree/MBA/MIM/Law admission consulting enrolments.
Generate walk-ins from telephonic lead, leads for other sources and referrals.
Mobilize the student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programmes.
Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the centre.
Responsible for driving business for the assigned centre.
Hard core sales with generating walk-ins at centre through ATL promotion and local marketing.
Proactively up-selling and cross-selling relevant product.
Comply with the batch plan and effectively communicate the schedule of batches to students and parents.
Capturing accurate client information on inquiry form and timely entering the same in the system.
Ensure KYC compliance of the enrolled students.
Proper maintenance of inventory and timely issue of kits to students.
Share information on various courses, test prep products, application process, and deadline on proactive basis.
