CUET Registration 2026

To obtain a system-generated application number, students must first complete the CUET 2026 registration process. Their registered phone number and email address will receive both this application number and the registration confirmation.

In addition, students will have to choose a security question, come up with a password, and respond to it. If they forget their CUET password, the selected security question will assist them in resetting it.

To correctly fill out and submit the CUET registration form, candidates must do the following:

How to Fill Out CUET 2026 Application Form

Step 1: Register Contact Details

Here, students are required to reconfirm their email ID and mobile number. Students must also provide their present and permanent addresses. Students can select the same option from the checkbox if their choices are identical.

Step 2: Register Personal Details

The CUET application form will primarily require the following personal details: name, father's name, mother's name, caste (GEN, SC, ST, OBC, NCL), nationality, etc. Fill in all the details with utmost diligence. Make sure to double-check the spelling of all the credentials.

Step 3: Register Identity Details

Here, students must confirm their identity by providing details related to any of their government IDs. (Aadhar card, Voter card, PAN card, Driving license, etc.)

CUET Application Form Correction Window

Even after the CUET application process concludes, students will be provided with a correction window for a limited time frame to edit the application form if there are any errors. Students can edit their CUET application form during this session. They will have time to fix any errors or give accurate information. Students must review the comprehensive list of editable areas before making any changes, though, as not all data will be changeable.

There will be a time limit on the CUET application form's correction window, so students should carefully go over the list of fields that may be changed and those that cannot be before making any modifications.

• The corrections can be made only once. After submitting, the form will be frozen

What After Filling Out the CUET Form?

The selection process for CUET begins once the exams are over and the CUET results are declared. All the UG admissions will only be done based on the candidate's CUET scorecard. Please verify the following details after completing the CUET application form.

The DU selection process considers the class 12 Board marks by taking the best scores from 3, 4, and 5 consecutive subjects; in case of a tie, the older student is awarded the seat. Therefore, the Board marks are also important if a student is aiming for DU UG admission.
